Work that outlasts the job.
Irial Holdings is small on purpose. Hiring is rare, deliberate, and done by the company doing the work.
How hiring works
Roles are opened by the operating companies — VNCT WLLM, Vestigia Events and Raes Studio — rather than centrally. There is no recruitment function, no rolling pipeline, and no take-home exercise invented to fill a process.
When something opens it is because a company has more work than hands. We would rather wait for the right person than fill the seat, so an open application read in March is often the reason a role is offered in September.

People who finish things, and stay for what happens next.
- I
Craft over speed
We would rather one thing was finished than three were delivered. Show us something you made and kept working on after it was good enough.
- II
Ownership of the whole
Small companies do not have handovers. The person who has the idea usually sees it through to the customer, and answers for it afterwards.
- III
The long view
We are building businesses meant to outlast us. That rules out shortcuts that borrow from next year to make this quarter look better.
Open roles
As at 2026Nothing is advertised at present. Open applications are read all the same, and kept on file for the company you name.
Open application
Tell us which company, what you do, and one thing you made that you are still proud of. A link is worth more than a CV.
Freelance and commissions
Photographers, seamstresses, producers and developers work with the companies project by project. Say what you charge.
Internships
Taken one at a time, paid, and only when someone has room to teach properly. Write in term time for the term after.
How we answer
Every application gets a reply. If there is nothing open we say so plainly rather than leaving it unanswered — and we say whether we have kept it on file.
